Easy Breakfast
8 oz Refrigerated Crescent Rolls 2 c Cubed, Fully Cooked Ham 2 c Frozen Shredded Hash Browns, thawed 5 Large Eggs 1/2 c 2% Milk 1/2 tsp Pepper 1/8 tsp Salt 2 c Cheddar Cheese |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll crescent dough into a long rectangle; press perforations to seal. Press onto bottom of a greased 9x13 baking pan. Top with ham and potatoes. In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, pepper, and salt until blended; pour over potato/ham mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until set and cheese is melted, about 25-30 minutes. |
